Meet Bojana Soljaga, ACE Personal Trainer

As a former Division 1 athlete, Bojana understands the determination needed to reach your full potential. Her passion for health and fitness has led her to a career helping others. She is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and USPTA Certified Tennis Instructor.

Bojana has over 10 years of experience training clients to reach their fitness goals. Her specialties include personalized program design, pre- and post-natal training and functional training in both individual and small group sessions.  Whatever your goals... Weight Loss, Overall Fitness, Strength, Agility, Flexibility... Bojana would love to help you on your journey.

Small group classes are designed specifically for young tennis players. Ensuring muscles are strong and the body is flexible are keys to performing well and preventing injury.  Classes include the use of free weights, body weight, stability ball exercises and other equipment. Includes pre- and post-session assessment.

Our 13+ yellow ball program format includes fitness and strength training as part of the junior clinic curriculum.
